Comcast's Cyber Security organization needs to ensure the performance and security of its Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tools for Xfinity and Sky customers, which are operations and mission-critical systems serving millions of subscribers. The role aims to contribute to the development and improvement of these MFA solutions to enhance security, user experience, and speed to market while minimizing customer-facing defects and outages.

Responsibilities
- Development of fixes or new features for our mobile libraries.
- Ensuring unit test cases are written for all new code.
- Trace defects through a cutting-edge service-oriented architecture to find root cause.
- Develop fixes, and features to improve the security, and user experience of our MFA solutions.
- Learn how mobile libraries (iOS/Android) enable MFA capabilities for multiple applications serving millions of subscribers.
- Learn how the serverless infrastructure is setup.
- Learn how our microservices work.
Other
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028)
- Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
- Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
