Comcast's My Account team is looking to improve the post-purchase customer experience across millions of users by optimizing critical customer interactions such as payments, billing, user preferences, account management, and device management.
Requirements
- Experience with React.js and TypeScript
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows
- Interest in scalable web applications and customer experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js and TypeScript
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement responsive, accessible UI/UX
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and contribute to back-end service interactions
- Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Assist in writing unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library
- Document technical processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Other
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028)
- Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship
- Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
