Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is looking to support the Drinking Water Business Unit’s Commercial Operations by assisting with analytics, data processing, and strategic insights under mentorship to inform commercial decisions and enhance performance tracking.
Requirements
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint; ideally exposure to Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Analytically curious; strong written and verbal communication.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Enthusiastic, proactive learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Aggregate and clean commercial operations data from sources (ERP, CRM, POS, specs, region-level reports).
- Assist in maintaining data integrity through structured governance.
- Build and update KPI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track commercial health, trends, and forecasting.
- Support trend analysis of market size, order drivers (price, commission, rebate), CRM funnel, and margin dynamics.
- Prepare data-driven recommendations to optimize region/product strategy.
- Aid in creating market growth and commercial forecast models.
- Assist with product rationalization and contribute to SIOP planning analysis.
