Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant design discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, HCI, User Experience Design) or related field
- Foundational knowledge of user experience research methods, including data gathering, analysis, and interpretation techniques
- Foundational knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Zoom)
- Developing understanding of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of user-centric designs and apply baseline knowledge of experience design principles
- Assist in reviewing and refining storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys
- Support the implementation of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices to ensure a seamless experience for diverse users
- Participate in the collection and analysis of user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with JPMC standards and adherence to documented UX parameters

- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for design in driving business transformation and product development
- Expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Fluency in English
- A digital portfolio showcasing a breadth of experience across design process phases
- Foundational communication and presentation skills, including articulating the rationale behind design decisions
