Teleflex is looking to grow its Vascular, Emergency Medicine, and Critical Care business unit, specifically within the Arterial Catheter markets, by developing and implementing effective commercial marketing and product portfolio strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrate practical application of successful marketing / business / portfolio management concepts and methodologies, as well as knowledge of measurement and analysis of commercial effectiveness.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, with healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of commercial marketing for the Arterial Catheter business, including creating and driving the vision and commercial plan, branding, pricing, content development, forecasting, and more.
- Become a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) on the Arterial Catheter portfolio, understanding deeply the clinical use and customer needs of the product
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and new product launches following the Launch Excellence Action Plan (LEAP) framework
- Develop and manage the pricing and GPO strategies for the portfolio
- Lead all aspects of promotion, including digital tool creation, advertising, sales tool creation, demand generation campaigns, and KOL Program development and management (in compliance with IPPs and in close partnership with Clinical Medical Affairs)
- Generate leads through focused targeting campaigns and work closely with the sales leadership team to demonstrate return on investment
- Support the clinical evidence generation strategies. Ensure technologies are published in relevant journals and presented at strategic conferences.

- A bachelor’s degree is required, with areas of preference including marketing, biomedical engineering, biology, business administration, or other similar degree areas. A minimum of 3-5 years of post-degree work experience in the field is expected. MBA is preferred.
- Comfort level in medical/hospital environment, with demonstrated aptitude or prior experience with clinical terminology.
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across departments and teams
- Comfortable in clinical environments (hospitals, patient room settings, operating room, etc.).
