Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Accounting, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or Sustainability & Energy related degrees.
- Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major
- A track record of outstanding academic performance.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring effortless customer experiences by performing operational duties in one or more of the functions of the order-to-cash process.
- Operational excellence and cross functional communications, which includes collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support.
- Problem solving and issue resolution, which includes using appropriate judgment and analytical abilities, leveraging subject matter experts when necessary, to investigate discrepancies in work processes.
- Projects, improvements and innovations to actively challenge the status quo; driving workflow automation and process enhancements with innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Maintaining an understanding of business, contractual, regulatory and market/tariff policies and ensure workflow processes are aligned.
