Requirements

  • Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid/senior and C-levels
  • Experience selling in a commercial B2B contract service industry with understanding of insurance
  • Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territory
  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)

Responsibilities

  • Working with existing and prospective customers to develop and provide solutions to protect their properties, offices, communities, and businesses
  • Conduct inspections of properties independently or with internal resources
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales goals
  • Communicate proactively with all decision makers and influencers
  • Work independently in the field while collaborating with other internal departments throughout the sales process
  • Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
  • Experience using a CRM

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
