Requirements
- Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid/senior and C-levels
- Experience selling in a commercial B2B contract service industry with understanding of insurance
- Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environment
- Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territory
- Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Experience using a CRM
- Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Responsibilities
- Working with existing and prospective customers to develop and provide solutions to protect their properties, offices, communities, and businesses
- Conduct inspections of properties independently or with internal resources
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales goals
- Communicate proactively with all decision makers and influencers
- Work independently in the field while collaborating with other internal departments throughout the sales process
- Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
- Experience using a CRM
