IDeaS (a SAS Company) is looking to improve its Commercial Success department's process efficiency and effectiveness through process improvement initiatives, workflow streamlining, and operational tool maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down complex processes and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
- Interest or experience in SharePoint site management
- Willingness to learn and use Wrike or other project management tools.
- Experience in leading or supporting process improvement projects, ideally in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes within the Commercial Success department, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, under the guidance of Business Operations Analysts.
- Contribute to the improvement and design of the department’s internal SharePoint site, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Participate in the review and coordination of internal company communications to ensure message consistency and clarity about Salesforce, the Commercial Success and BIS teams.
- Utilize Wrike project management tools to help track project progress, manage tasks, and support team collaboration.
- Support ongoing projects led by Business Operations Analysts and Specialists as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Commercial Success team’s strategic goals.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
