Boeing Global Services Training Solutions is seeking a UX Design Manager to lead a team of UX Designers supporting Commercial Training Solutions, Product Management, and Technology Solutions. The role will oversee the management of existing technologies and lead the development of new pilot and maintenance digital training products, ensuring a quality customer experience across five portfolios.
Requirements
- 10+ years' related work experience in UX design and/or development, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Formal or informal leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Guide team conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Collaborate and lead product designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Manage development and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
