TekSynap is seeking a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead to manage the implementation, administration, and support of customer projects within AWS and Azure cloud environments under the C2E initiative, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and lead cloud-focused project teams in complex IT environments.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale cloud or IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation, administration, and support of customer projects within AWS and Azure cloud environments under the C2E initiative.
  • Review and approve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), addendums, and cost estimates for cloud-based customer projects.
  • Offer technical and professional guidance aligned with the team’s respective roles and areas of expertise.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and successful execution of multiple large-scale projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Other

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary team including Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Services Management Division and C2E customers on operational matters.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and maintaining professional communications with clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
  • Secret – IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience managing application development projects.
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
