CSX is seeking future business leaders to help foster growth, efficiency and innovation within its Positive Train Control (PTC) team. The selected intern will contribute to meaningful projects, gain market experience, and assist in preparing submissions and analyzing data related to PTC operations and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python or Java
- Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities
- Assist PTC teams with compiling and analyzing PTC performance data
- Identify trends, issues, or anomalies in PTC reporting data for management review
- Research and summarize FRA regulations, guidance and industry standards affecting PTC
- Collaborate with PTC teams on the development of recurring reports
Other
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Candidate must be an undergraduate enrolled at an accredited college or university who is in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer engineering, computer science, business administration, information technology, or law.
- Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4-point scale)
- Anticipated graduation within a year after the end of the internship
- Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5 (based on a 4-point scale)
