AWS is seeking a community program manager to support the growth of its global AWS User Group community by creating frameworks and processes to scale the community, including resource creation, benefit fulfillment, engagement tracking, and stakeholder support.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience coordinating between technical teams, peers and business stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders
- Experience scaling globally
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Work with global User Group lead to support program strategy for scaling community engagement within our AWS User Group community
- Create mechanisms and maintain playbooks to ensure stakeholders can seamlessly support growth of AWS User Groups globally.
- Manage program benefit fulfillment, distribution, and tracking of resource consumption.
- Own processes for analyzing and quantifying the impact (both short and long term) of community engagement via AWS User Groups.
- Work with stakeholders to build journeys for connecting User Group members into other relevant AWS programs.
