Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of hospitality, marketing, public relations or nonprofit management preferred
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating events and volunteer projects
Attend community events with External Affairs team
Track inventory of promotional items and in-kind donations
Ensure excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders
Provide general clerical support
Other
Must be able to frequently lift 25 pounds or more
Must have reliable transportation
A passion for volunteerism and community involvement
Excellent communication skills
Ability to commit 10-15 hours per week (no more than 8 hours per day) for 15 weeks
