Goldman Sachs is looking to solve the problem of driving strategic initiatives in the Compliance Engineering department, including Engineering Excellence (DORA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) tooling, and other high visibility Compliance Engineering projects and programs.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI tools and capabilities is a plus.
- Proficiency in program management tools and software, such as JIRA.
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program or Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex DevOps programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects related to AI adoption, engineering process improvement, and technology modernization within Compliance Engineering.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.
- Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the firm's project management standards and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and stakeholders, to ensure program success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including technical process documentation.
