ARTIDIS AG is looking to analyze, model, and visualize biomedical and clinical datasets to support the development of their health-tech platform for cancer diagnosis and treatment optimization.
Requirements
- Solid programming skills in Python, R, or MATLAB
- Familiarity with data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning techniques
Responsibilities
- Process, analyze, and visualize high-dimensional biomedical datasets
- Support the development and optimization of computational models and algorithms
- Assist with data integration from multiple sources, including clinical, imaging, and nanomechanical data
- Contribute to the creation of data pipelines and automated workflows
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computational Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Interest in working with biomedical data and applying computational approaches to healthcare challenges
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a multidisciplinary environment
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and clinicians to translate data insights into actionable outcomes
