L3Harris is looking to solve computer vision problems from material inspection to ISR tactical systems working on the edge by developing machine learning (ML) models and enabling ML Operations (MLOps) features.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's, master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Academic experience and projects applying Python for general programming tasks and executing AI model training experiments and evaluation
- Familiarity with AI tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, TensorRT, ONNX, and MLFlow
- Experience completing software development tasks in an Agile work management framework in an industry or academic setting
- Experience with deploying AI to SOC Devices such as NVIDIA Xavier, Orin
- Experience with real-time, image processing applications
- Experience with AI model development for infrared imagery
Responsibilities
- Development of AI models for computer vision applications
- Development of applied AI for edge systems on a team in an academic setting
- Proficient in Python and able to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Understands ontologies and the value they provide
