TCC Materials is looking to solve technical support related to production of packaged cementitious products and CMU at all associated facilities
Requirements
- EIT Certification or ability to pass the FE within 3 months
- Professional Engineer License or ability to obtain within 1 year
- ability to acquire applicable industry certifications, including MnDOT Aggregate Production, MnDOT Concrete Plant, ACI Concrete Field 1, ACI Concrete Strength, ACI Masonry Field, ACI Masonry Lab
- proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP systems
- ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts required to analyze test data including statistical analysis, percentages, ratios
- ability to create documents and spreadsheets containing testing data and graph results
- knowledge of ASTM/ANSI standards, governmental regulations
Responsibilities
- supervision of other lab staff
- project management
- coordination of all lab work
- implementation and execution of the production plant and laboratory QA/QC materials testing program
- execution of the annual submittal testing program
- maintenance of the lab accreditation program
- mix design analysis and development
Other
- Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET Accredited program in Civil or Chemical Engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from operations, sales, marketing, and management
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to all the company’s safety policy procedures and recommendation
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
