Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with configuration management
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence or Jira
- Experience performing software or hardware configuration management
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Experience with collecting enterprise and tool metrics
- DoD 8140 (5870) IAT Level II or higher Certification such as Security+ or CASP+ Certification
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 (5870) IAT Level II or higher Certification such as Security+ or CASP+ Certification within 60 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Manage the requirements for planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide technology infrastructure and configuration management functions
- Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees
- Perform software or hardware configuration management
- Collect enterprise and tool metrics
- Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge
- Implement workflow automation tools

- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 (5870) IAT Level II or higher Certification within 60 days of hire
- Must be on camera during interviews and assessments
- Must be willing to work from a Booz Allen or client site facility periodically
