Requirements
- Experience with Nuclear Construction
- Advanced computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the advanced use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the construction engineering program
- Supervise the project construction engineers and coordinates their activities with the activities of the construction engineering department and other project departments
- Establish and maintain effective communication between the company and design engineering to ensure the timely flow of design documents and information
- Work with the Site Quality Manager to ensure that the Quality objectives are being met for the project

- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located
- Must be able to provide proof of US citizenship
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eighteen (18) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non-degreed
