AECOM is seeking a Construction Engineering Manager to oversee highway and bridge projects for WisDOT and local clients, manage CM/CEI staff and projects, and ensure quality, schedules, staffing, and budgets are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin.
- 10+ years of WisDOT project and client management experience as well as proven success managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Direct experience with employee supervision, management, and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage projects to ensure quality, schedules, staffing, and budgets are in accordance with AECOM policy.
- Prepare and deliver presentations required to win and perform the work.
- Oversee a wide variety of highway and bridge projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and Local clients.
- Directly oversee the CM/CEI staff and projects in the Southeast Region and the Southwest Region.
- Provide strategic planning and delivery on key CM/CEI project needs and initiatives.
