Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Construction Management, Project Management or a related major
Strong interest in Construction, Project Management, and technology solutions
Business Process or Project Management would be a good fit
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and the desire to learn
Detail-oriented with a willingness to ask questions and learn new concepts
Current enrollment in Information Technology or related degree program
Responsibilities
Assist with end user support, responding to tickets and support requests in a timely manner
Assist with implementation projects for Construction & Project Execution applications
Assist with core IT projects such as application upgrades and decommissioning
Work with IT Project Managers to develop project plans with the intention of delivering requirements such as resources, timing/milestones, and risks
Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and supporting documentation
Demonstrate leadership and adaptability, with the willingness to take ownership of tasks or projects
Drive to overcome the most challenging obstacles and look for ways to improve results
Other
Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search
Full-time basis in the office
