The Construction Equipment (CE) Technical Training and Product Support team needs to empower its dealer network by providing effective technical training and troubleshooting support to ensure dealer technicians can efficiently diagnose and repair customer machines, maximizing customer satisfaction and uptime.

Responsibilities
- Developing and enhancing training content in collaboration with experienced Technical Training Developers, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness
- Designing innovative instructional methods for electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain systems, leveraging adult learning principles and emerging technologies such as AI, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and extended reality (XR)
- Evaluating and improving courses by observing delivery, identifying areas for enhancement, and executing updates to elevate the learning experience
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Product Marketing, Sales, and Parts teams to gather technical insights and documentation that support comprehensive training programs
