LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Principal Software Engineer/Solution Architect to help their CRM engineering team with the discovery, solution design, and end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, RLM, and Billing, across their enterprise. This role is critical for streamlining revenue operations, improving sales effectiveness, and enabling scalable business growth as part of their digital transformation journey.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- 8+ years Salesforce experience, with a strong focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RLM).
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and Salesforce configuration.
- Proven solution architecture skills across order-to-cash and quote-to-revenue processes.
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket).
Responsibilities
- Providing design input across a product.
- Acting as an acknowledged 'go to' person on coding and technical issues, for both internal and external contacts.
- Interfacing with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
- Completing complex bug fixes and resolving technical issues.
- Designing and working with complex data models.
- Mentoring lead software developers interested in consultancy in development methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions — including CPQ, RLM, Billing, and integrations — across our enterprise.
