Artefact is looking for a Junior Analyst to help global brands turn consumer data into actionable insights, contributing to real business impact by supporting data analysis and measurement across various domains.
Requirements
Experience with at least one data analysis language (e.g., SQL, Python).
Experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QuickBI).
Exposure to statistics, modeling, or experimentation methods (A/B testing, regression, etc.) is plus.
Responsibilities
Design and review measurement frameworks for consumer and marketing use cases across Media, CRM, E-commerce, and Paid Content.
Analyze campaign and user behavior data to uncover insights, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for business optimization.
Extract and transform large-scale datasets across multiple platforms to discover patterns and develop business-relevant metrics.
Learn and apply advanced analytical techniques such as A/B testing, uplift modeling, segmentation analysis, and digital attribution.
Collaborate closely with marketing, data science, and tech teams to co-develop metrics, reports, and tagging plans that drive decision-making.

Final-year undergraduate or master’s students graduating in 2026.
Initiative, structured thinking, and a strong analytical/problem-solving mindset.
Curiosity and motivation to explore Digital, Media, and CRM Analytics domains.
Strong interest in how consumer data can shape communication, media investment, and personalization strategies.
Ability to clarify and respond to data requests efficiently, with attention to detail.
