Custom Ink is looking to solve the problem of effectively communicating the value of their ecommerce and swag management platform to B2B customers, driving customer engagement, retention, and growth, and establishing themselves as an industry leader through compelling content and product marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a B2B or technical B2C marketing role, with a focus on content and product marketing
- A strong portfolio of content, including blog posts, case studies, sales collateral, and website copy
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals
- Experience in product marketing, including crafting product messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Understanding of how to use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions
- Experience in creating content strategy that balances customer-friendly content with search marketing best practices
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Marketing on developing strategy and owning execution on content strategies that support our e-commerce and swag management platforms.
- Craft product messaging and positioning for new platform features and offerings.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market message.
- Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Create and manage the creation of a variety of content, including case studies, blog posts, sales collateral, and website copy
- Use data and analytics to measure content performance and build future strategies
- Support brand awareness and lead generation through supporting organic search initiatives and different forms of content distribution and promotion.

- This is a remote position; however, to be eligible for hire, candidates must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer.
- Minimal travel; will be determined by business needs and may include occasional trips for key meetings, collaboration opportunities, or area-connected events.
