EIS is seeking a Content Developer to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry by creating, revising, and maintaining instructional content for medical and trauma training programs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate).
- Multimedia integration, and Section 508 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide Course Content Developer support services to create, revise, and maintain instructional content in support of medical and trauma training programs.
- The Content Developer shall ensure that course materials are instructionally sound, accurate, accessible, and compliant with DoD/DHA policies and accreditation standards.
- Develop digital learning assets including presentations, interactive modules, and assessment tools.
- Convert instructor-led course content into online and hybrid learning formats.
- Ensure consistency in content design across JTET courses and lines of effort.
- Coordinate content revisions based on SME feedback and assessment results.
- Maintain version-controlled content library within DHA-approved repositories

- Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below.
- Approximately 20-25% of travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years developing instructional or technical content.
- Ability to work with SMEs to produce engaging and accurate content.
