- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate)
- Multimedia integration
- Section 508 compliance
Responsibilities
- Provide Course Content Developer support services to create, revise, and maintain instructional content in support of medical and trauma training programs
- Develop digital learning assets including presentations, interactive modules, and assessment tools
- Convert instructor-led course content into online and hybrid learning formats
- Ensure consistency in content design across JTET courses and lines of effort
- Coordinate content revisions based on SME feedback and assessment results
- Maintain version-controlled content library within DHA-approved repositories
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years developing instructional or technical content
- Ability to work with SMEs to produce engaging and accurate content
- Approximately 20-25% of travel may be required
- Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements
