Requirements
- Experience in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Familiarity with RTX's CORE operating system and lifecycle program management
- Experience with ERP systems and data integration
- Strong understanding of CORE principles, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets
- Experience in logistics in the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze key performance metrics and improvement opportunities
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support CORE initiatives
- Support the implementation of CORE principles and tools to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend data-driven solutions to address operational challenges
- Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Train and mentor team members on data analytics tools and CORE methodologies
- Monitor and report on the progress of CORE initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals

- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
