The company is looking to solve the problem of transitioning its inspection documentation process from hardcopy/manual entry into Infor LN 10.8 CE, its system of record, and establishing sustainable digital inspection workflows.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with ERP systems (Infor LN or equivalent strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, or manufacturing documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with statistical software (Minitab) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and upload inspection templates and criteria into Infor LN 10.8 CE for approximately 2,800 items.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of inspection data entered into the ERP system.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers and inspectors to interpret inspection requirements and translate them into digital workflows.
- Standardize data formats for inspection entries to enable efficient retrieval, traceability, and analysis.
- Support data migration from existing hardcopy records into digital formats.
- Assist with validation of digital inspection processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving inspection data management practices.
Other
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and IT/system administrators.
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (e.g. Green Card holder), or a protected individual as defined by the International Traffic in Arm Regulations (ITAR).
- Ability to work for 9 months as a contract employee
