Requirements
- Experience with OpenAI, other Large Language Models, and open-source foundational models
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and engineering in a cloud-native environment
- Proficiency in Python and RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI and other Machine Learning technologies
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and LLM fine-tuning methodologies
- Expertise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and foundational model toolsets
- Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD) practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of generative AI projects
- Utilize OpenAI to incorporate company-specific data
- Develop and manage comprehensive AI solutions
- Design and manage scalable AI models
- Analyze the website's technical infrastructure for integration requirements
- Plan, configure, and manage cloud-based resources
- Develop frameworks to evaluate the efficacy of LLMs
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of practical experience in data science or machine learning
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Certifications in AI, data science, or related fields (preferred)
- Prior experience in a DevOps related role (preferred)
- Experience in financial or other highly regulated industries (preferred)
