Plante Moran is looking to solve the problem of analyzing organizational data and supporting the firm through the use of assessments and data analysis
Requirements
- Experience analyzing basic statistical data, preferably in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to draft written summaries, presentations, and email communication
- Pursuing a Master's Degree, Ph.D. or Psy.D. in a field of psychology, such as Industrial/Organizational, Counseling, Clinical, or Behavior Analysis or related field
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
Responsibilities
- Working with the TOD team in reviewing and analyzing organizational data
- Synthesizing findings from data analysis into a written report
- Communicating and presenting information in writing and small group discussions
- Learning about how the TOD team supports the firm, including but not limited to use of assessments
- Learning from and interacting with the TOD team to assist with data analysis, interpretation, and deliverable creation
- Additional related responsibilities and projects, as assigned

- Pursuing a Master's Degree, Ph.D. or Psy.D. in a field of psychology, such as Industrial/Organizational, Counseling, Clinical, or Behavior Analysis or related field
- Demonstrates a desire to grow, learn, and develop consulting skills
- Demonstrates an investigative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with colleagues
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
