Requirements
- Proven understanding of process control system logic, HMI development and basic SCADA standards.
- Completion of Aveva / Ignition SCADA platform certification within two years of start date.
- Completion of Control Expert Level I PLC Logic development within two years of start date.
- Completion of RS Logix 5000 Level I PLC Logic development within two years of start date.
- PLC, SCADA, and HMI solutions with best practices, e.g., AOI's, DFB's, Objects, Databases, etc.
- Proficient in applying internal processes.
- Recognizes and addresses familiar commissioning issues with some guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project BOM’s.
- Perform drawing review.
- Write RFI’s and respond to technical submittal comments.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform customer training in system operation and troubleshooting.
- Generates maintainable & reliable PLC, SCADA, and HMI solutions with best practices, e.g., AOI's, DFB's, Objects, Databases, etc.
- Produces unique and innovative ideas for solutions.
- Understands & develops test documentation as required for all assigned projects. Loop test forms, ORT, CORT, and project specific materials.

- Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
