Interstates is looking to solve control systems programming and troubleshooting problems for their manufacturing clientele
Requirements
- Experience in programming in the Industrial Environment
- Experience with object oriented programming, user interface development, database systems, and system integration
- Knowledge of Industrial Control Software (Startup)
- Experience with HMI, PLC Programming and Troubleshooting
- Value-add Ag such as: Feed, Flour and Grain Milling, Seed Oil, Petfood
- Food and Beverage
- Continuous Process
Responsibilities
- Work within a support team that takes automation support calls from a variety of clients
- Troubleshooting or launching small projects on-site
- HMI, PLC Programming and Troubleshooting
- General client interaction and relationship-building
- Available for on-call support rotation on weekends
- Implementing Industrial Control Software (Startup)
- Dealing with customers regarding system requirements
Other
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university with an emphasis in some branch of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)
- Associate's degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical school with an emphasis in Instrumentation and Controls preferred
- Travel: The amount of travel will vary according to business requirements (may be up to 35%)
- Collaborative, dependable, and built with integrity
- Available for on-call support rotation on weekends
