PAR Systems is looking for a Manager of Controls Engineering to manage the workflow of engineering in automated assembly and advanced manufacturing for aerospace and medical device industries, driving planning and execution of the company's mission, vision, and strategy for growth.
Requirements
- Strong background in programming and electrical design.
- Custom automation background or experience preferred
- Knowledge of industrial electrical and safety standards
- Experience with programming, integration, sensors, devices and industrial components preferred (i.e. PLCs, robotics, vision systems)
Responsibilities
- Set technical requirements and direction for new and existing first-of-a-kind solutions alongside our Chief Engineers, project management, sales, and estimating teams.
- Manage the assignment of engineers with optimal personnel utilization to continuously improve execution and internal capabilities.
- Apply engineering leadership experience and innovative thinking to shape a complex engineering organization.
- Drive planning and execution of PAR Systems' mission, vision and strategy as we grow.
- Manage the moving pieces and people that keep the workflow of engineering running smoothly in the areas of automated assembly and advanced manufacturing.
