PAR Systems is growing its PAR Automation business and is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers through a transformative period of growth and innovation, shaping the future of their engineering operations and driving success.
Requirements
- Strong background in programming and industrial automation (PLC/CNC/motion control plus experience with C++, C-Sharp, JavaScript, React).
- Experience with Agile/scrum, Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
- Experience with robotics, vision systems, or industrial sensors/devices is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Set technical requirements and direction for new and existing first-of-a-kind solutions alongside our Chief Engineers, project management, sales, and estimating teams.
- Drive planning and execution of PAR Systems' mission, vision and strategy as we grow.
- Manage the assignment of engineers with optimal personnel utilization will allow continuous improvement of our execution and internal capabilities.
- Apply engineering leadership experience and innovative thinking, you will play a critical role in shaping a complex engineering organization that both meets the expectations of our customers and allows our company to experience unprecedented growth.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise at the intersection of industrial automation and modern software development.
