Booz Allen is looking for a Converged Storage Engineer to help clients modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions by harnessing cloud capabilities using cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data and storage integration
- Knowledge of NetApp tools, including OnCommand, Active IQ, and System Manager
- Ability to implement SnapMirror, SnapVault, and SnapRestore technologies
- Ability to develop statistical and operations research models to support business and technical objectives using scripting languages such as Python or R
- Ability to design and implement APIs and ETL pipelines for large-scale data movement
- Experience with AWS cloud storage services such as S3, EBS, FSx, or Storage Gateway
- CompTIA Storage+, NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE), or SNIA Certified Storage Networking Expert (SCSN-E) Certification

- design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud solution components
- work within a DevOps framework to create and manage container apps
- use products like Kubernetes to further the mission
- modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch
