Requirements
- 2 years of experience in conversational design as a Conversation Designer/Architect (e.g. building bots, conversational AI)
- Experience with prompt engineering preferred
- Experience with Dialogflow CX preferred
- Experience presenting complex solutions to key customer stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, deploying, and tuning AI solutions for multiple customers simultaneously
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and build solutions using Cresta’s AI product suite
- Designing solutions for contact centers across various verticals and functions (sales, retention, collections, customer service)
- Leading model maintenance efforts to ensure AI models meet quality standards
- Delivering Cresta’s Opera Enablement Program to customers
- Designing and developing virtual agent solutions using flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid virtual agent platforms

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to appropriately prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of skills
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
- Background in Linguistics preferred
