NBCUniversal is looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to support the operational execution of advertising product marketing initiatives, track timelines, maintain GTM collateral, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams for their advertising products.
Requirements
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools like Monday.com or Asana
Responsibilities
- Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for product marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage internal asset repositories (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint) and ensure content is current and accessible
- Support creation and review of GTM collateral including decks, FAQs, and one-sheets
- Manage intake requests and assist with prioritization across the PMM team and stakeholders
- Help prepare materials for internal trainings, roadshows, and leadership briefings
- Coordinate with creative/design teams to facilitate asset development and on-time delivery
Other
- 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, project coordination, or media
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams
- Open to working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Eager to learn and build a career in marketing, media, or advertising
- Naturally organized and attentive to detail

- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
- Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime
