NBCUniversal is looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to support the operational execution of advertising product marketing initiatives, track timelines, maintain GTM collateral, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams for their advertising products.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools like Monday.com or Asana

Responsibilities

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for product marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage internal asset repositories (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint) and ensure content is current and accessible
  • Support creation and review of GTM collateral including decks, FAQs, and one-sheets
  • Manage intake requests and assist with prioritization across the PMM team and stakeholders
  • Help prepare materials for internal trainings, roadshows, and leadership briefings
  • Coordinate with creative/design teams to facilitate asset development and on-time delivery

Other

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, project coordination, or media
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams
  • Open to working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Eager to learn and build a career in marketing, media, or advertising
  • Naturally organized and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable asking questions and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
  • Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime
