Infor is looking to advance its AI enablement strategy by optimizing operational reporting, managing the deployment of licenses and features for Copilot, and ensuring the successful integration and value realization of Copilot across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in product ownership, product management or business analysis within AI, SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Experience working with data, developing actionable reporting frameworks and defining KPIs for business decision making.
- Experience Microsoft Copilot, M365 platform features, and related integration technologies (e.g., Graph Connectors, SharePoint, Power Platform).
- Experience with AI governance, compliance standards, and risk management best practices in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Represent Infor’s interests in roadmap discussions and consultative forums with Microsoft, advocating for organizational needs and influencing feature development and management of Copilot Partnerships.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly inform investment strategies and capability prioritization, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize business value.
- Ensure all reporting outputs are tailored to be actionable for both operational and executive leadership stakeholders, fostering transparency and facilitating strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Monitor Microsoft’s Copilot product roadmap, providing ongoing assessments of potential impacts on enterprise operations, security, and technological strategy.
- Coordinate integration efforts between Copilot and adjacent Microsoft 365 (M365) platform features, including Graph Connectors, MCP Servers, SharePoint, and Power Platform, to ensure optimal alignment and expanded optionality.
- Act as the primary Copilot representative in AI Council operations, providing structured updates regarding Copilot framework adoption, usage metrics, and risk posture.
- Capture, analyze, and disseminate feedback from production use to inform prompt adjustments and functional improvements, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.

- Reporting to the IT leadership team and working in partnership with Corporate Operations, the Copilot Product Owner leads cross-functional initiatives and fosters effective governance as a representative to the AI Council.
