apexanalytix is looking to solve the problem of providing technical leadership and support for their apexportal Solutions software applications
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Outlook)
- Exposure to SQL Server (preferred)
- Knowledge of Data definition, data manipulation, data control, and transactional control
- Development, including creating and troubleshooting stored procedures and complex data queries
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence software like Tableau or PowerBI
- Exposure to SDLC methodologies like Agile methodology, Scrum
- Exposure to FTP, secure FTP, and PGP
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets for our client software implementations
- Facilitate effective and proactive communications with both internal and external customers
- Provide assistance to clients with assistance of Implementation Specialists when designing interfaces from their ERP systems into apexportal
- Test product-level functionality and new releases
- Troubleshoot network, database, and software problems for our client implementations
- Configure system settings and options and execute unit/integration/acceptance testing
- Create rules and data transfer mappings using SQL query
Other
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field required (Junior or above)
- Exceptional customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and excellent phone and email etiquette
- Ability to effectively multi-task with limited supervision
- Onsite 4 days per week at Apexanalytix Headquarters office in Greensboro NC
- No travel required
