Requirements
- Strong background in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programing, and mastery of C++
- Experience with latency-sensitive development and low-level system architecture
- Advanced knowledge of high-performance computing, distributed system design, and network optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and research acumen

- build key components to accelerate our trading operations
- design scalable systems and tools that support high-performance computing

- produce elegant and efficient code every day
- conduct in-depth research and testing relating to performance optimization, networking architecture, and hardware selection

- PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
