KCC Companies is looking to solve the problem of effectively supervising employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment, ensuring efficient production, adherence to safety policies, and continuous improvement in production methods and operations.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong familiarity with blueprints, CAD drawings / renderings.
- 2+ years of experience as a Welder or CNC I / II operator.
- Strong familiarity with Curb and Adapter products.
Responsibilities
- Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
- Work to continuously improve in all areas.
- Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager.
- Recognize and mitigate safety hazards in assigned areas.
- Investigate quality issues and initiate preventive action.
- Perform accident investigations.

- 5+ years of experience in a production environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a production leadership position within the last 7 calendar years (with KCC preferred, elsewhere accepted).
- Candidates must prove eligibility to work in the US, if requested.
