Atlantic Aviation needs to administer, process, and maintain various company benefits programs, lead and manage drug and alcohol testing and Fit for Duty programs, and oversee data analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of Benefits Experience.
- Multi-state benefit experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in use of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience with HR database systems (HRIS) and Payroll Systems (i.e. – Paycom, ADP, Ceridian, Exponent HR, etc.) is desired.
Responsibilities
- Benefit Administration in HRIS system enrolling employees, managing deductions and maintaining Employee Benefit Files.
- Coordinate the random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-duty drug and alcohol testing.
- Oversee fit-for-duty testing, including medical clearances, physical ability assessments, and follow-up evaluations as required.
- Partner with testing vendors and medical review officers (MROs) to ensure timely scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
- Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to be presented to senior leadership.
- Conduct or assist with audits across payroll, benefits HR administration, labor, etc.
- Own all reporting responsibilities for the HR function in partnership with other corporate functions including accounting, finance, IT, risk & safety, operations, etc.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or other related area) preferred, but not required.
- Organization skills are a must.
- Attention to detail required.
- Ability to Multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
