IBM Corporate Strategy team is looking to solve the business problem of driving transformative change across IBM's businesses by providing strategic perspectives and practical actions, investigating new market opportunities and business models, and shaping IBM's new chapter in Hybrid Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Quantum computing markets.
Requirements
- Pursuing Master of Business Administration.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of business experience.
- Pursuing Master’s Degree in Business/Management with 2 years of experience in business strategy and problem-solving
- Deep analytical skills and ability to formulate data-driven recommendations
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, including the capability to take ambiguous complexities and deliver creative, well-structured solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop fact-based client, market, and competitor insights based on research, e.g., through primary interviews, analyst reports, and internal databases
- Produce and leverage insights as well as apply technical and operational expertise to identify issues, challenge the status quo, and co-create creative recommendations
- Translate ambiguity and complexity into structured approaches to solve problems and identify opportunities amid rapid technological and market disruptions
- Synthesize insights and recommendations into client presentations and facilitate dialog to clearly communicate findings to Business Unit leaders and senior executives
- Collaborate with client teams to implement and, in select circumstances, to manage pragmatic, bold, and actionable solutions
- Develop and apply knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies
- Analyze problems, formulate hypotheses, develop insights, and deliver recommendations to drive growth and transformation
