Develop, standardize, and drive best-in-class turnaround (TA) practices across a network of manufacturing facilities to optimize cost, safety, schedule adherence, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Proficiency in analyzing operational data and translating insights into action.
- Knowledge of turnaround planning tools (e.g., Primavera, SAP, MS Project) a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously evolve the multi-year TA strategy aligned with corporate operational and financial goals.
- Create, implement, and maintain global standards, playbooks, checklists, and processes to ensure consistent planning, execution, and post-TA reviews across all sites.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all turnarounds (e.g., cost, schedule adherence, safety, scope changes).
- Provide analytics and insights to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee a holistic portfolio view of all upcoming turnarounds across the company.
- Facilitate post-event reviews and lessons learned to embed continuous improvement into the TA lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a central repository of TA tools, templates, and benchmarks.
