Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end design delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest creative standards.
- Create and manage detailed project timelines, identifying key milestones and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with timelines.
- Coordinate with design leads, project managers, and other departments to ensure timely handoffs and clear communication across teams.
- Track and monitor the overall progress of the design program, ensuring that all design projects are aligned with the broader program goals.
- Manage design resource allocation and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain a consistent flow of deliverables.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and proactively address challenges that may impact the delivery of design assets.
- Review design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.

- 3+ years of experience in creative production, design project management, or a similar role within a design agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record in managing large-scale design programs or multiple design projects simultaneously
