The company is looking to solve user and license management, Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, and system integration problems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer experience
  • Knowledge of Power Apps or ability to learn other programming languages supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of general banking operation principles, programming logic/processes, Jira, Agile methodology and querying tools
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration changes, including Workflow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Ability to work with external (vendor) customers
  • Understanding of programming logic/processes

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Conduct Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration changes, including Workflow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Design, develop and maintain the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based applications for internal users
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
  • Conduct ongoing research on latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies
  • Participate in understanding the productivity gain utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and calculate the return on investment
  • Review and/or prepare system documentation in accordance to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM process

  • Team oriented and possess a continuous improvement mindset
  • B.S. Computer Science or Information Technology (required)
  • Ability to work with external (vendor) customers
