The company is looking to solve user and license management, Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, and system integration problems
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer experience
- Knowledge of Power Apps or ability to learn other programming languages supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Understanding of general banking operation principles, programming logic/processes, Jira, Agile methodology and querying tools
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration changes, including Workflow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Ability to work with external (vendor) customers
- Understanding of programming logic/processes
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Conduct Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration changes, including Workflow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Design, develop and maintain the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based applications for internal users
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Conduct ongoing research on latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies
- Participate in understanding the productivity gain utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and calculate the return on investment
- Review and/or prepare system documentation in accordance to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM process

- B.S. Computer Science or Information Technology (required)
