Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, maintaining, enhancing, testing, and implementing solutions on the CRM Platform to meet business needs throughout.
- Work with the digital marketing team to develop and implement automation, triggers, workflows, email templates, reports, etc, in CRM software.
- Navigate the previous code done and improve upon it.
