Quest Global is looking for an engineer to develop cross-platform tools for validating system interfaces and telemetry, creating GUI/CLI applications for Windows and Linux environments.
Requirements
- Qt, wxWidgets, CLI/GUI development
- Ethernet-based interface testing
- Data logging (binary/JSON/CSV)
- Windows/Linux compatibility
- Build GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate unit testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Build test tools using Qt, CLI or similar frameworks
- Validate interface implementations
- Develop data logging and telemetry utilities
- Ensure secure data handling and export
- Creating Windows/Linux tools for testing each interface
- Build GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate unit testing frameworks.
Other
- This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie PA
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
