Ensure food safety is a top priority to culinary teams across all premium kitchens by acting as a coach and on-the-spot trainer for food safety procedures.
Requirements
- Taking and logging refrigerator/freezer temps
- Washing hands properly and frequently
- Wearing gloves when handling Ready-To-Eat food
- Wearing hats or hair nets
- Keeping TCS (potentially hazardous) food out of the danger zone
- Taking and logging temperatures of cooked, reheated, and held foods
- Stacking food properly in refrigerators (top-to-bottom order)

- Candidates from all professional and educational backgrounds will be considered.
- A food service background and/or Servsafe Certification are preferred.
- Successful candidates will be self-starters who possess the ability to communicate confidently and professionally, a fast-paced sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple competing responsibilities without losing sight of bigger picture goals and duties.
